Trying the World's Hottest Pepper: the Black Carolina Reaper

There's a new pepper that's hotter than the Carolina Reaper, it hasn't even been released yet, and somebody decided Tammy should be one of the first to put it in her mouth. The Black Carolina Reaper. At least it comes wrapped up in chocolate, which sounds like mercy right up until it isn't.
